DEMO Machine based models

This is an example of evaluation of the expected energy consumption based on the production mix and machines/technologies used.The evaluation focuses on models applied to a production department or a group of machines whose consumption are measurable; the energy used by machines and the products quantity in a period are addressed whereas other factors (e.g. lightning) are excluded.

This service allows companies to see how their machines/technologies perform in terms of energy efficiency (e.g. actual consumption versus expected consumption).

To benefit from this service a company shall collect further data (e.g. production and consumed energy in the department in the period) in addition to those already input in the SET Tool.
